Reglazing is a process by which the glaze on the tub is restored to its original quality by etching, priming, and applying a high-performance top coat.  Actually, reglazing and resurfacing refer to the same process of applying a hard, durable, waterproof polyurethane enamel that is difficult to discern from the original tub glaze.
